Telephone Banking is a quick and easy way to manage your Bank of Scotland
Personal accounts with one telephone number. If you have a Security Number
you can do most of your day to day banking and if you don’t have a Security
Number, one of our advisers will send you one in the post.
And we’re open 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Our automated service can help you with most of your day to day banking needs,
you can also • Check the balances of any other
accounts, including credit cards • Check your recent transactions
• Transfer money between your own or someone else’s account
• Cancel direct debits or standing orders • Check the details of your Direct Debits
and standing orders • Amend a standing order
• Order a current statement • And more
Our natural speech recognition allows you to say what you want to do without
having to choose from a long list of options, however if you’re unsure of what
services are available you can still hear a full list to choose from by pressing the
hash key.
Our helpful advisers are also available if you need to speak to someone.
Remember you can simply speak your instructions, or use your telephone
keypad if you’re worried about being overheard.
