I discussed many times with some of my colleagues in the university and my coworkers in the by asking them why do you wear the hijab ? and they always responded to me with the same answer
by saying '' if I take it off , I will feel naked '' so if she ( a Muslim woman ) takes off her hijab and feels naked , that means she was forced to wear it because she says '' I wear it of my own free will ''
because if someone wears something of their own will , then they can take it off of their own will as well and that should not be a problem !
but when you Muslim woman says that you feels naked when you takes your hijab off it , in that case you are full of psychological pressure and complexes you re not aware of already
and you never thought of them ; and they crept into you and that's what the '' octopus '' of hijab looks like
and it is something like this : first of all , e.g. if you are a Muslim woman who is not wearing a hijab and you look around you seeing your female cousin and your friends in the university wearing the hijab
and when you see for example a woman started to wear the hijab , all other Muslim women around her will be like '' congratulations Rasha ! for wearing the hijab , we want to kiss you and you are so beautiful by now etc.. !
but if Muslim women see a Muslim woman who took off the hijab , their mouths twisted into grimace and they will say to her '' why is that ? what happened to the point you took off your hijab ? ''
that's before any islamic law is implemented like , stoning , flogging etc... and before any Muslim condemns her from islamic point of view
but it's all about the way average Muslim women looking at her
just like what usually happens in the streets of Egypt and you guys can ask any woman who is not wearing the hijab when she walks down the street or when she boards the metro
and how many times the societal pressure of Muslim community put oh her to the point of making her wear the hijab
let alone , the way Muslims look at the women not wearing the hijab ; e.g. when a Muslim woman boarding the metro ,
a bunch of Muslim women will walk up to her acting like members of '' Hisbah '' [ divinely-sanctioned duty of the ruler (government) to intervene and forcibly "enjoin good and forbid wrong" in order to keep everything in order according to sharia (Islamic law)
and they will say to her ''' oh , sister ! that's not acceptable that you are not wearing the hijab and that's forbidden in Islam blah blah blah ...
or when a woman not wearing the hijab uses a taxi and once she gets in , the taxi driver will be like '' I ask Allah's forgiveness [ expressing his resentment at the way she looks ]
and all these signs made by Muslims towards the woman who is not wearing the hijab to tell her that she is a rejected person ! and in the worst case , Muslims pull her hair she she walks past them
so by acting like that , they send her a message telling her that '' you will not feel secure as long as you don't follow our laws ''
and after all that , Muslims ( simply ) say concerning a Muslim woman wearing the hijab that she wears it satisfyingly and of her own free will
No , but she reads into the whole atmosphere around her and knows that she has no place in the society if she doesn't wear the hijab plus , she will be ostracized and hated by Muslim without wearing the hijab
and that Muslim community will look at her as a piece of '' meat '' if she doesn't wear the hijab ! and suffice to say the filthy comparison which the Islamists always use about the woman who is not wearing the hijab
that she looks like a piece of candy and the aluminium foil which sheikh Al-Sharawi said it
that uncovered woman looks like a piece of candy or a piece of meat ; that if a piece of meat is left somewhere uncovered, the flies and cats will come to it
so in both comparisons , they liken the uncovered woman to a piece of meat and the man to a fly , so they contempt both of them by those comparisons !
all these the messages meant to be sent about the woman who is not wearing the hijab ! and this is one complex followed by another one and another one ...
when Muslims frighten the woman for not wearing the hijab of her body , they destroy 60-70 % of her capacity because the woman is made of soul and body ; so when her body is completely brushed aside and covered
once , I said something and Muslims got mad at me when I said that I consider the hijab as a shroud for the woman where she is being wrapped with a white shroud [ how beautiful is that ! '' ironically '' ]
that the woman wearing the hijab concealed herself from the society and by doing so , she sends a message out there insinuating that any woman who doesn't wear the hijab , is a ***
even is she doesn't utter it by her own tongue but her hijab tells it like it is !
what kind of freedom is there when Muslims say that if a woman who wears the hijab will go to paradise and the one who doesn't , will go to hell ?
what kind of freedom does still exist there after all these concepts about hijab ?
what kind of freedom is there ( for you Muslim woman ) when you wear the hijab , all other Muslims around you will feel proud of you , they congratulate you on wearing the hijab , they give you a hug for it
and if you take it off , they ostracize you and they give you a dirty look as if you committed an obnoxious act [ having sex ] on the highway
so , what kind of freedom is there in that ? what freedom of choice are you ( Muslims ) talking about ? and how do you make fun of yourselves by all that ?
