Hi there guys, now today im going to talk to you on a serious note for a change, because
i'm always goofing around and trying to be the funny guy and as your'll see today of
all days is a very special time for me because well.
I'VE FINALLY COMPLETED MY INSANITY WORKOUT..!! Yes after a long but seems to have gone pretty
quick 60 days i have completed which seems to be the impossible insanity workout.
For 6 days a week for 60 days i have been to hell and back making sure to get a high
protein diet in, to taking enough protein shakes to after working a days work to then
come home and have enough energy to do a bloody workout, and to even see my family eating
cakes while i've been snacking on celery. Ohh bloody hell these are good, wanna bit
hahaha Yes im not gonna lie it has been tough, but
as i said in my pre-workout video that im sure i was gonna give it up after a week or
two, because to be honest i was close to it. I can't do this anymore!
Well i didn't want to do that i wanted to finish this thing because this is madness.
This is sparta!! I wanted to prove to myself that i could beat
this thing, and i do feel quite proud of myself like ive earned a real achievement because
dont get me wrong there was alot of times i literally wanted to throw in the towell,
and be realistic with myself because why put my body through all this grieve and pain and
torment myself when i could just be easily watching tv with a cake in one hand and a
packet of crisps in the other, no stress, no pain just guilt free relaxation.
But i thought what's the point, ive put my mind to something and i wanna finish it to
the end. Now i didn't really know what to expect would
happen, with me being a slim guy already would i shed loads of weight and be anorexic or
would i turn out to be the hulk, well judge for yourself over the course off the 9 weeks
i think i have shown slight improvements, which im quite happy about.
I think we've definitely shown improvements on my upper body and maybe to my obliques
i would of liked a bit more definition on my abs but i realise this is the hardest part
of your body to workout so maybe if i do some simple exercises on that part it should perk
it up a bit. So would i recommend this, OHH HELL NO!
Yes totally however it depends on your work schedule because if you work 12 hours a day
then you may find it quite hard but if your commited then give it a go you've got nothing
to lose well if your overweight then you do have something to lose soo yeah.
But would i do it again OHH HELL NOO! I probably would but i feel like having a
bit of a rest for the timebeing, but seriously though i feel like i deserve an OBE or something
you know maybe just even like a hand written letter from the queen, just some kind of acknowledgement,
you know I'm not, I'm not really that greedy. But one thing i've learned the most of this
whole experience is that i get asked the same question, do i feel any different and to be
honest the answer is no. I feel excatly the same as i did before i
don't feel like i have bags of energy, i don't feel like i could pick up a truck and i don't
feel like i have 20/20 vision so all that crap the government says about eating 5 fruits
a day, having a balanced diet, and getting plenty of exercise, it does nothing. I've
eaten so much fruit, so much veg, so much nuts and seeds and chicken and meat and worked
out every day using every muscle in my body and i feel excatly the same so really again
would i recommend this no. Keep eating the cakes keep sitting on that
sofa because at the end of the day you're gonna feel excatly the same as i do now.
And that is the truth, but then again it does feel good to have some kind of physique to
my body and now i can be one of those muscle bound *** who instead of trying to chat
up girls thinks it's much more clever to reveal their tops and reveal their abs.
Well i'll leave you to make up your own minds on whether to try it or not, because if you
can be bothered to do it then do it but if you can't then just play xbox or something
because they're pretty much both exactly the same.
Well on that note im gonna go stuff my face with cakes so i'll see you on the next video.
