Hello this is Jenny with simply beautiful craft on behalf of expertvillage.com. We have
been making shadow boxes out of a variety of different things including shadow boxes.
I have a collection of stuffed animals some of them are Beanie Babies and some of them
are just plain cute and they have been kind of stuffed in a box and I didn't really have
a clever way displaying them. But the other day I was in the store and I found this adorable
basket that was divided and I though what can I do with that divided basket and then
I though about my animal collection. Before I can turn this in to a shadow box I need
to make it hangable and so what you need to do is something like this that is a little
bit fragile is to put something secure on the back of it so you can put a picture hanger
on. Eventually to hang your picture so you want to take a piece a little piece of dial
that is about as wide as your basket and then a another little piece the same width so it
would hang flat against your wall. Put it on with Elmers glue and weighted until it
is completely dry and then you will have your back secure. Then it is just a matter of making
that difficult decision as to which one of your stuffed animal you are going to put in
for display. My little bear is going in first I just think he is adorable. Then you just
play around with it. Put them in decide what you like. Change them around. Give everybody
a equal chance and of course you could always add more baskets and have a entire collection
on your wall or in your children room of different colors or inserts in your baskets and different
ones of your little stuff animals or bear in them. Another thing that you can do with
this if you had a small doll collection like the little Jenny dolls of your you could also
display them in a basket like this that was divided. I just thought that it was a great
way to show off my cute little friends and there you have it a divided basket stuff animal
shadow box.
