G'day I'm Brett from BushmanProductionsAU, and this is my Land Rover Defender 110.
The Land Rover, one of the greatest creations of the 20th century.
Every Land Rover has a story to tell, and behind every story there's a great adventure.
Whether it's exploring uncharted regions
serving our armed forces
doing the weekly shopping
or posing dramatically for youtube videos
landy's are still going strong 60 years on.
The great grandchild of the original series 1 is the Defender
still as ruggedly beautiful as the day she was conceived.
If I could find a woman who still looked as good 60 years on I'd marry her.
This is my piece of a living legend
a 1993 200tdi 110 in Eastnor green.
With over 260000km clocked and another 260000 to come!
This is mostly a standard vehicle but I've added a few things to make her a great
off roader perfect for an adventure.
I've got a bullbar necessary in Australia for protection against roos, pigs and cattle.
A front recovery hook
A safari snorkel for deep water crossings
A set of Old Man Emu Nitrocharger shocks
A 120 litre Long Ranger fuel tank
A set of Goodyear 265/75/R16's
A Bearmach rear wheel carrier
A pair of bumperettes for protecting the rear sills and lights
A towbar
A pair of IPF driving lights
A work and reversing lamp
A UHF radio
An MP3 CD player and Sony speakers
And a 12v solar panel for trickle charging my battery.
The engine is a standard 200tdi
with Garrett turbocharger
pulling 13 pounds of boost.
I'm Brett and this is my Land Rover.
