This is Josiah Owen with Expert Village. After we reduce the heat we are going to go ahead
and add our sour cream. So one 16 ounce can of sour cream it does not matter of what kind.
We are going to add that in the mixture and stir until it is well blended. Make sure that
there is no chunks left. I'm sure it would be a nice surprise if someone was to chew
into their soup and find a big pocket of sour cream. Making sure to stir so nothing gets burn.
After simmer for 10 minutes we go ahead and drain the potatoes and add the potatoes to
the mixture. We let simmer and serve when ready. There you have it beef and potato soup.
