On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Lizbeth Muller, and today we're going to cook nice,
hot fudge brownies. I'm going to take 3 eggs at room temperature and beat them. Some people
add them up whole. I like to beat my eggs before I place it in my brownies. 3 large
eggs. I'm going to take them and beat them. You don't have to use an electrical mixer.
I actually beat them really well like this. I don't like to put them whole. I can measure
about precisely one egg at a time in the brownies. That's what we're going to do in that chocolate.
At room temperature, it doesn't give you that scrambled egg thing I told you about. I told
you if it's warm, it's going to get like scrambled egg. You have to make sure that you do a little
at a time and that the chocolate's not hot. If it's hot, you're going to have a problem.
Just a little at a time placing the egg like that and stirring it. That's about one. Stirring it really, really well. You want
to make sure that you get everything in there. You stir 2, and here's your third egg here.
