Hello! This is Cynthia Sue Larson of RealityShifters dot com
I'm here today to talk to you about being your own Valentine.
The idea here is that you can
experience love in your life
and feel happiness within yourself, rather than seeking it outside.
The key to this is
following a spiritual practice, meditating,
and accessing
the sense of love and oneness that's here for you.
I've got a quote to share with you about this:
"You must love yourself
before you love another.
By accepting yourself
and fully being what you are,
your simple presence can make others happy."
And naturally, you'll be happier as well,
so it's well worth doing.
This reminds me of when I was a little girl. I'd love to make Valentines
and cut them out
and give them to friends
and to my family.
There's something that I'm really moved by;
that I still think about.
When i was growing up, my mother would ask me the question,
"What would truly make you happy?"
Sometimes I had no idea
what that might be.
It's a great question to ask yourself, because
in the process of asking you can learn about yourself and discover
sometimes very simple things can make you very happy.
Just having time to yourself
that's a little bit unstructured can be phenomenal when you're a very busy
person.
Doing something that relaxes you
such as taking a hot bath could be a very special treat.
Reading a favorable book, going to favorite movie,
or just coming
a favorite beverage once in a while...
taking a nap when you get a chance...
these are things you can do for yourself
to really
show yourself
a great deal of care.
It's about recognizing
that sense of love that you can have within yourself, and
opening yourself up to
just being present for that.
That's the main idea for
this message. I also want to share with you a few things. I've got
a brand new book
which I'd love to tell you about. It's called,
"RealityShifters Guide to High Energy Money."
This book
is fabulous because it contains all of the things that I would most
love to share with you
that mean the most to me
about money and finances--
not so much from the typical standpoint of
how-to balance your budget and so forth,
but more from the framework of understanding that when you have a good
relationship with money
and you examine some of the things that
might have been challenging for you with money
you can recognize ways to improve that relationship.
So in this book
you have things such as this
money self assessment survey
that has a variety of different challenges in envisioning prosperity that you
might encounter,
as well as challenges in feeling good about money
and also working effectively with money.
Now these are the kind of things
when you go into a little bit if detail and take some time to see what's true for you
with your relationship with money,
you can actually improve these areas.
You can do this
using some of the exercises
that are really lots of
fun at the end of each chapter.
You can read inspirational stories about people who have had
amazing miracles with money,
and give some thought to all of the different ways you can
meditate
get the flow going account for the way that you bring money into your life,
save money,
share money with others, grow money, and so forth.
This book is now
both in paperback form and kindle
and also you can get it as an ebook-- through the RealityShifters
website.
I wanted to let you know about that.
I've also got some
amazing books that iIve read and reviewed this month.
One of them is
"Ada, Legend of A Healer."
This book is telling the story of a young girl who has
phenomenal healing
abilities
It's not something she really sought or looked for, it just came through.
In some ways it was not such a welcome gift, because it means that she needs to
deal with people that would like to misuse that.
amazing gift. So this is a fabulous,
fast-paced fiction story
that young girls and readers of all ages will certainly enjoy--
especially those who are
interested in what would be like it they had
this amazing miraculous ability to heal.
This is by author R.A. McDonald.
I also read a book this month
about healing, again, but this time
from the standpoint of ancient megolithic stones.
this book, "Voices Out of Stone"
is by by Natasha Hoffman and Carolyn North.
and in terms of the magic and mystery in megolithic Brittany.
I love the way the book has
lots of illustrations
that show what the stone structures and cairns are like.
It shows a little bit of the petroglyphs, and
goes into the personal experiences that the authors had
at these amazing locations
and the way that we can really get in touch with the past,
and hear
those voices from the stone...
and get a sense of the meaning
and the messages that they have for us today.
When we let these places
connect with us,
there's a tremendous gift that we can all benefit from.
Thank you so much for taking some time to think about
being your own Valentine
I hope you can ask yourself today,
"What would I truly like?" and "What would truly make me happy?"
Another good question of course that I always recommend you ask is, "How good
can it get?"
So until next time,
this is Cynthia Sue Larson with Reality Shifters dot com Thanks so much, and I hope
you have a wonderful day!
