Hey guys whats up! I am Lukas Knopf!
And I am going to teach you the Bunnyhop Barspin in only 5 minutes!
The Barspin is THE trick if you are riding street, skateparks, ride dirt jump or Slopestyle!
You can also learn this trick pretty fast so I am going to show it to you in just 5 minutes.
The learning process is going to take a bit longer for you for sure!

I am not only teaching you the barspin in just 5 minutes but also in just 5 steps!
we are going to start with step 1 where you going to find out in which direction you are going to do the barspin!
I've got my left pedal in front position which means I am doing it to the left side.
this is mandatory if you dont want to struggle whilst learning new combination tricks later on.
like a bar to tail tap or a truck driver!
if you ride right foot forward I would recommend to throw your handlebars to the right side!
what I am showing you guys already is this stand.
balance your bike between your legs, clamp it with your knees so its stable.
perfect for figuring out in which side to do the bar spin. left or right?!
step 2 to get to the perfect bunnyhop bar spin:
find a wall as cool as this one, position the bike against it, front wheel up in the air
clamp your knees again!
now you can practice the bar spin motion even better
you might lose your bike whilst first trying it
so make sure to pinch the seat with your knees, have it against the wall
also straighten your arms because thats how you will do a bunnyhop bar spin later on aswell
if its rainy, cold or even dark outside you can also practice in your garage or your room
step 3 might look weird but it will get you much closer to actually learn the bunnyhop b's
and you might get dirty
I call it the BEETLE
you lay down with your bag onto the ground, bike pointing upwards
pinch your seat
and then just throw the handle bars
also to both sides if you still haven't figured out your side
and thats how you will get a much better feeling for doing bar spins!
step number 4 is the so called pick up bar spin
you lift your front wheel up real quick
pinch your seat again and lean a bit backwards
so the bike won't let loose but you also won't fall over to the back
and then just do the bar spin motion as you learned before!
straighten your arms, put your sternum over your stem!
maybe only do the pick up thing first
clamp your knees
if you have got this. do the bar!
step numero 5!
the bunnyhop bar spin!
what you will need for sure Is a high bunny hop!
if you can't do it yet: click the link in the top left corner, I already have a video where I teach you how to do it properly!
to get into it do a high bunny hop again!
then you have to throw your bars at the highest point of the bunnyhop!
perfect body position:
straighten your legs a little bit whilst pinching your seat
so your bike is stable and won't move
put your sternum above your stem
so you will have your weight more weight out above the bike
straighten your arms!!!
and then throw your bars at the highest point!
if you got it save, you can also learn it into the other direction.
with all those steps it will be a quiet easy trick to learn but you still have to put the work in guys!
so it will for sure take you longer then 5 minutes but the video itself was 5 minutes!
