monday little mini recipe videos I do

favorites so i have a lot of like cute
little fun things that are going on on
my Instagram so in this video we're
making us three a different healthy
recipes and i will link my healthy
recipes playlist and down in description
box in case you want to watch with more
healthy recipe videos from me and yes
let's get into it so first off we are
making this doodle all afraid oh it's so
yummy and so easy to make and it's raw
and gluten free as well so i'm using a
to zucchini here and I'm just going to
spiralize them and if you don't have a
spiralizer i will link it to one on
amazon and down in the description box
they're super useful and i love making
zoodles out of different vegetables you
can even do sweet potatoes noodles here
or I guess noodle
and they feels really good in this
recipe as well then we're going to be
making our raw alfredo sauce so I'm
using half a cup of cashews one accord a
cup of water a sprinkle of pink
Himalayan salt and the Jews of one
quarter of a lemon that I'm just rolling
out first that the juice is kind of
release and it's easier to squeeze out
to get that nice lemon flavor and in
throwing in one clove of fresh garlic as
well and then you just have to blend
that up until the sauce is smooth and
you can have this sauce warm if you want
on normal pasta or on warm zoodles or
you can have it raw like I'm having it
just cold with a cold doodle and it
makes like a nice cold Ross noodle salad
I love this sauce it's so quick it's so
versatile and it really does taste like
Alfredo but it's very free which is
awesome next up we're going to be making
a ton of pineapple Kali rice because
lately I've been thinking about this
pineapple fried rice that I used to have
in Thailand and I've been creating it so
I thought I would try to recreate it
myself so I'm starting off with a
quarter cup of pineapple that I'm just
cutting up into small chunks you can use
fresh or frozen and then I'm going to
use one tablespoon of sesame oil and
heated pan along with one clove of
garlic and 1 to 2 teaspoons of ginger
depending on how much ginger you like I
love ginger we all know that so I'm
putting in quite a bit of ginger but
this really gives it that Asian flavor
and we're going to just stir that around
until it kind of gets fragrant and you
start to smell the ginger and smell the
garlic then we're going to be tossing in
our chunk of the pineapple and you're
going to cook that until it gets
caramelized along with a little bit of
veggies I just got an assortment of
veggies that i found the grocery store
that were already cut up to make it easy
but you can cut your own a little bit of
cashews as well because I love cashews
and fried rice and then the star of the
show this rice cauliflower that I just
got at the grocery store where you can
make your own race cauliflower just by
putting cauliflower into a folk
processor and then waiting for it to get
like into small chunks and then I'm
cooking that down with a little bit of
this Bragg's soy seasoning and then you
are good to go I love this this is so
quick and easy you could totally throw
in some tofu or chicken or whatever kind
of protein you like into this as well
but i love it i love the nuts and this
week
pineapple is super yummy and lastly
we're making this taco salad which is so
fun so I'm making my corn tortilla
little strips by just cutting up three
corn tortillas and I love these because
they're just a few ingredients which is
like corn water and salt in them so it's
really good simple ingredients and you
can easily make your tortilla chips at
home so I'm cutting them into strips and
then toss them out in a bowl with about
1 to 2 teaspoons of some chili powder
which is going to give them like a
really nice flavor and a little bit of
spice to the salad and to the ships so
just toss that in it a bit you don't
need to add oil or anything I found just
tossing the strips with it was perfectly
fine and then I'm going to be laying
that out on a greased baking sheet that
we're going to be putting in to the oven
just make sure that they are not on top
of each other's you definitely want to
lay them out side by side to make sure
that they get individually crispy and
you want to bake that for about 8 to 10
minutes at 350 degrees while that's
cooking go ahead and take some washed
tail and some tomatoes I'm just cutting
these cherry tomatoes and a half because
I like cutting them up so that they're
not like cold chunks of tomatoes that
kind of like burst how I just like
telling them in half first you can leave
them whole if you would like and that's
going to kind of be the salsa or like
pico de gayo part of the salad because
it's like the tomato part and then I'm
just going to be adding in some avocado
so you want to make sure your avocado is
ripe and you can test this by if the top
pitted it comes out really quickly then
you know that it is a nice and ripe so
just go ahead and do that and then we're
going to be making a nice lime little
dressing so I'm using a tablespoon of
olive oil along with a tablespoon of
lime juice which I think lime is really
good in like a Mexican type sauce
because it kind of feels like to put
lamp and a little bit of salt as well
and then we can go ahead and assemble
our salad so I'm putting the tomatoes on
top of the kale and then I'm also adding
in some black beans but you can use
pinto beans or whatever you kind of
really get it to pull a you can just add
that in you can do some corn here if you
want some actual salsa and then of
course I'm putting in some avocado
because I don't think I can have this
Otto on those fast with avocado and then
your tortilla chips will be done and you
can just put those on the top kind of
as in place of the tortilla and I love
how this turned out it's so easy to
recreate at home and you can really put
whatever you would put in your burrito
or in your chipotle bowl into this ssl
but you get a lot more nutrients from
the kale and the vegetables okay guys so
thanks for watching I hope you enjoyed
it and I hope that these looks good to
you because I'm obsessed like I would
know if I can pick a favorite I do love
like the fried rice it looks the fried
rice but I all who love you alfredo and
masala this is really good they're all
just really good leave me your favorite
down below and yeah I will see you guys
in my next video bye guys
