Hey,what's up everyone ? This is Nick Garlis and welcome to this exciting photoshop tutorial
Today we are gonna be taking a look at this
So let's get started
First of all I am gonna make a new document
Go with the usual 1920x1080
Now I am gonna grab the text tool and type in text
As you can see here I am using Arial Black
Now I am gonna press command+click or ctrl+click on the text layer
I am gonna make a new layer
and select my gradient tool
The colors of my gradient are gonna be some light blue
That looks pretty good
and now some dark blue
Now I am gonna fill the blank layer with this gradient
cmd+d or ctrl+d to deselect
and make a copy of layer 1 by hitting cmd+j or ctrl+j
I am gonna get rid of the text layer and make a new layer again
Then go to filter
Render
Clouds
This layer needs to be set at color dodge
so let's go over here and select color dodge
As you can see the clouds layer has started to blend with the text layer and gives this awesome effect
Now I am going to select one of these
and go to filter,Blur
Gaussian blur
60px looks pretty good.I am going to hit ok
Now I am going to select the clouds layer and go to brushes
These brushed need to be downloaded and installed
There is a link in the description for them
