Hi my name is Greg Goldberg I'm here on behalf of Expert Village and you can check us out
a www.minettis.com. Today we're talking about making a chicken Alfred pizza. Today in this
segment, we are going to talk about the sauce and how to put in on the pizza. We've already
put flour down on our pizza peal. We are just going to rub that in the grain. Then we are
going to take our pizza we have already formed. Just lay it down right there. We are going
to give our Alfredo stir right here. What we've done to the chicken is we've just cut
into slices and put it back in the pan so it could absorb those juices. Start with one
little ladle there and just work it out, and after that another one. You want to go fairly
close to the edge, but not all the way out because you want some crust to form. One more
right there. You want a decent amount of sauce to be on there, probably about 8 ounces, maybe
a little more since it is a very thick heavy sauce. Your would have to cover it nicely
just like that. Then what you are going to do as I said in the last segment when we were
making the Alfredo, is we are not going to add the cheese to the sauce is we are adding
it right on top of the pizza. We are going to go pretty heavy on that. I would say to
pretty decent hands full sprinkled over there and that is how you put the sauce on the pizza
and in the next segment I'm going to talk about the cheese.
