you are telling us that cooked food
is DEAD food.
But human beings have been eating such food
for thousands of years and are keeping up.
How would you explain this?
As a matter of fact, it is not that you
CANNOT eat (dead) cooked food.
Everybody is doing it,
the food industry could not be happier with this situation,
but if you are looking carefully,
the population in general is getting sick,
in other words, there is man called Norman Walker,
that, more than a century ago,
he is the father of the "juicing" technique
and of the green juices that are getting famous lately
for a reason: to rescue people's health.
So this man says that this food can be ingested,
but the energetic cost of this is in terms of energy,
vitality and health in general is very high.
That is to say: if you keep eating cooked foods,
you will get older faster than you should,
this means that all your organs will get older faster,
your cells as well, you will get more wrinkles,
your brain will get older faster,
and if you look around, the general population
is being "attacked" by so-called chronic diseases.
And there is another man, Nobel Prize in Medicine in 1932 (Otto Warburg),
he explained the common cause, the root cause of all cancers:
it is the acidification of the body.
And, what happens? Cooked food is acidic to our body.
So once it is ingested, our body will have to alkalize our system.
ok? What happens?
When our inner system is acidic, the oxygen is gone.
In an anaerobic system, our cells will create fermentation,
and under this climate, this ecosystem, cancer cells thrive.
If you switch to an oxygen-rich diet,
cancer cells won't proliferate.
This is very important.
It seems that nobody noticed this fundamental information
but this is a key fact for your health.
What food alkalizes?
Fruit and vegetables are idle alkalizers for your body.
Lemon, which is an acidic fruit, is powerful
to alkalize your body.
Fine, and regarding veganism...
The population is gradually substituting meat,
but you spoke about dairy products.
But removing dairy products from your diet,
you don't think it is dangerous for your health,
especially for your calcium intake?
The truth is I think we have an emotional bond to dairy products,
because milk is a maternal thing,
we drink it as we grow up, but...
who said you could not make milk out of other things?
If you stop to think about it, we are the only species
that is feeding on the breast milk of another species,
another mammal species. This can help out
when you are a child/offspring that did not have access
to food that is rich and necessary to your development,
however, this is not meant to be. It actually ends up
being harmful to our body. In cow milk, there are substances
that are highly allergenic to us.
So by drinking it, your system is inflamed.
You can make milk out of chestnuts, pecan, Brazil nuts,
sunflower seeds. You can milk out of many other things.
And regarding the calcium intake concern, you always hear
that cow milk is very rich in calcium.
The problem is that it is highly acidic to our body.
And, in order to alkalize our body, we release
our calcium that is stored in our jaws and bone structure
directly to our blood stream. This means that,
instead of cow milk giving us calcium, it actually sucks out
our own calcium to our blood stream,
and can cause osteoporosis. It happens with
many women for instance. Cow milk does NOT
provide you with calcium. Now...
