Sometimes you might just be breaking a house rule,
like if you're card counting.
The casino may say, we don't allow card counters
to play here and they could kick you out
of the casino for card counting, but you're not
committing a crime against the state by card counting.
However, if you're moving chips around on the table
after the cards have been shown, if you're doing anything
to gain an unlawful advantage against the house other
than using your own mental savvy,
then you could be accused of committing gaming fraud
and prosecuted by a local district attorney's office.
