I'm very excited -- it's kind of a dream come true for me.
So I'm hoping to study astrophysics at the University of Cambridge -- in particular,
high energy astrophysics. I'm very interested in how galaxies evolve, and we think there's
a link between the center supermass of a black hole in galaxies and the evolution of the
galaxies themselves -- how many stars they have, how big they grow. That link isn't quite
clear, and I'm really hoping to investigate that.
They prepared me by having a mock interview about a week before the actual interview.
I had to dress up and it was very formal and actually it was much more intimidating then
the actual interview, so it prepared me very well in that sense.
I would love just being a student my whole life -- really be in a position of learning
and always investigating something new and exciting. Astrophysics really gives me that
opportunity because there's so much we don't know about it.
