Welcome to everyday cooks our recipe today is white Chocolate Truffles with coconuts
heat the cream with the butter
chopped the chocolate in to little slices,the most you chopped the easiest to melt
when the butter melt pour the cream into the chocolate leave it to melt for 2 minutes then steer it
after 2 minutes steer the liquid until the chocolate melt completely
if you chopped the chocolate in to a large pieces and their still a little pieces of chocolate
put it into microwave for 10 second to melt
now leave the truffles mixture into fridge to set for about 2 hours at least
now my chocolate set i have a teaspoon here and the coconuts 10 00:01:22--> 00:01:27 take about 1 teaspoon of the mixture and circle it as a ball
wash your hands with cold water befor you start to make the truffles
but the truffle ball in to the coconuts
this amount make 15 truffles pices
i have a small cupcakes papier and i will put the truffles on it
then put it at plate or a box and put it back to the fridge for 1 hour
then you can eat it , bon appetit
