Hi this is the Walkin CRM video tutorial on recording your completed work. From your outstanding
work table in the sales funnel. click the call button on the right hand side to pop
out the establish work page. On the top left hand side of this page you can review the
company and contact information. The history section here displays previous work items
with the contact. Contacts are grouped at the top of the history section by their domain
name. Each contact in a grouped domain name has a seed reference. These numbers are traces
of contact with the same person making it easy to differentiate between different conversations
or quotes with the same contact. On the right hand section of this page you can record the
work which has just been completed. select the contact date, the use the drop down menus
to select the status and priority of this completed work item. The likelihood represents
the percentage likely that the contact will become a customer in the future. The value
is the potential value of the contact for the year. Leave a comment in the comment box
to describe the work that is taking place and click confirm with future work. If your
contact is unlikely to progress any further you can also click the update no future work
button to end contact with this person. On this next page you need to define what your
future work activity will be. Here you can either assign a work item for yourself in
the future or to another user. For example you may want a quote to be followed up by
someone else in your business at a later date. Select the date to contact, which data manager
to allocate the item to and then choose a status and priority. Fill in the comments
section to reflect what needs to happen. Press the confirm button and you have finished.
The item will no longer appear in your outstanding work table. It will either be a new item in
your sales funnel in the future or an open item in somebody else's sales funnel.
