OF SQUAT, DEAD LIFT, AND PRESS WHILE STANDING ON OUR FEET, SQUATTING, GETTING UP OFF THE
GROUND OR GETTING UP OUT OF YOUR CHAIR. DEAD-LIFTING, PICKING SOMEBODY OR SOMETHING UP OFF THE GROUND,
A HEAVY LOAD. YOU COMBINE THAT WITH LIKE A BUDDY CARRY, YOU KNOW, I'VE GOT TO PICK THE
GUY UP, MY FALLEN BUDDY UP, GOTTA GET HIM ON MY SHOULDERS, SQUAT HIM UP AND THEN I'VE
GOT TO TRANSPORT HIM. YOU KNOW, LIFTING SOMETHING UP, PUTTING UP OVER A WALL OR INTO A VEHICLE,
THAT'S A PRESS WHILE STANDING ON YOUR FEET AND THEN OF COURSE THE MORE OBVIOUS ONES OF
RUNNING, JUMPING, CLIMBING, PULLING UP, YOU KNOW, PULL UPS WILL DEFIANTLY HELP GET UP
OVER A WALL OF A FENCE SO ALL THE MOVEMENTS WE DO KIND OF INVOLVE ARE VERY EASILY RELATABLE
TO REAL LIFE ACTIVITIES THAT YOU MIGHT SEE IN THE FIELD AND HAVE A LOT OF TRANSFERABILITY."
