This is Rich Buccola here in NYC and today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show
you how to make an inexpensive meal that my uncle use to call rigatoni aliyou. So I'm
back I'm just chopping up a little bit more of the red onion because I felt it needed
more so basically in this meal I'm using a half of red onion. You can use a yellow onion
if you want any onion is fine I like the red onion only cause I happen to be cooking some
brushcetta yesterday and I had some left over. So I'm going to use it always try to make
meals that will if you had some left over you can use it towards something else. So
that's it that all in that pan so far I used about 8 oz of mushrooms a half of small onion,
8 cloves of garlic with about a cup olive oil. So for our main pan we got our water
boiling for our rigatoni and were going to come back and start doing the sausage.
