its time for a new episode from Hollywood
And behind me is Harald Zwart making a new music video with Morten Harket
You want me to get into the water again, don't you? He asked
I wonder whats in the water, it will be exiting to see how i wake up tomorrow
Harket is in LA to record the video to his newest hit "Brother"
Harald Zwart is the director, and told Harket to do the whole video in water
I swallow some of it
if it isn't challenging and exiting on the set, it never gets exiting on the screen
Last time Harket visited USA, he sang with Pitbull and Christina Agulera under Billboard awards
It was 15 seconds on the stage where i sang a short version of "Take On Me" as a surprise
And that was actually quite funny
We got a lot of response
It also came a lot of response when Harald Zwart directed the video to the A-ha song "Velvet" in 2000
NRK got a ton of complaints for the videos dead and naked bodies
NRK got a lot of complaints, I don't really understand why, because there was never a problem that Michael Jackson walked around as a dead body in "Thriller"
That was never a problem. We lied on a bench with a paper note on our toe, that was for some reason a problem. I don't really get the point.
But will we see something like that in this video? Will there be any controversy?
You never know with Harald!
No, uhm. We have been. I don't really. We don't. No. Don't think so.
So no controversy in this video. Harket actually needed a wetsuit to keep warm.
Harald isnt interested in my body at all, he only wants my head, and nothing else
Its not often music videos don't show naked bodies these day
Of all the most popular music videos in 2013 only 2 of them didn't contain nudity
Harket is sceptic to this trend
I believe that throughout our circulation is shifting more and more towards the stimulus
Ant forgets that stimulus is supposed to lead to a content, thats the whole point
When you only live for the stimulus, and it does not lead to something
Then you are just shouting "Hey take a look at me", without actually having anything to say.
And that gets a bit thin
