Hello, good evening! My name is Pavitra
And I love the idea of sharing with you about this week's homework which is: "focusing on what you want".
I love when Maharishi tells the story of
in which he explains that if we start thinking
on what we did yesterday, or the day before, or even the day before that
we normally remember the negative things that happened to us during the day
maybe we had an amazing day of 24 hours, or 23.55
and 5 minutes of chaos or that we simply didn't love.
So, what happens with this?
We go through life remembering that we don't like,
remembering that which stresses us,
remembering that which stops us from feeling to our 100%.
There's a teacher, who says that
the mind loves being right,
so as the mind likes being right all the time,
it has the habit of looking outside that which supports its beliefs.
And if I remember only the things that make me feel bad, that didn't go as I wanted,
what do you think we will be seeing in the world outside?
Things we don't like, things that we don't approve of,
things that don't go accordingly with our highest desire.
So this week's invitation for you is
playing to focus all the time in your highest desire.
What do you want the most in your life?
Peace, Love, Happiness, Joy, Abundance, Etc...
Well, its really easy!
Simply remember and find every moment in your life
where that is being reflected,
let's play to focusing on what we DO want,
and if we are focusing on our highest desire,
and we know we have an amazing tool to get to that highest desire,
the only thing we need to do is focusing in our practice,
be very consistent in ascending at least 3 times per day, 20 mins each time,
with eyes closed, and all day with eyes opened,
and little by little we will create a new habit:
the habit of living that experience of Peace,
of Love, of happiness, of abundance, etc... all the time.
So, what do you think if we play with that?
And I love the opportunity of being you, thank you very much, see you next time!
