Hey there, ladies and gentlemen, how are you doing?
I'm Rodrigo, and look at the cool game I've found for PS Vita
It's Power Stone Collection! Yeah
This is a game which was born on Dreamcast in 2000 or 2001, I can't tell exactly
But then it was released on PSP with this name "Power Stone Collection"
So it brings both Power Stone and Power Stone 2
And it's available at PS Vita's on-line Store to be purchased
This "Collection" menu is for game extras which don't interest to me too much
But it's nice as a Collection feature
These games work 100% on PS Vita as you can see
And the only difference is that if you press the screen here...
This menu shows up and allows you to set up things
Like some function to the right analog, which is a new thing on Vita
Something related to the camera also, and my favorite, the graphics Bilinear filtering
I'll open the first Power Stone and you'll see how it works just fine
No problem with the graphics or stuff like that
It's loading here
It's funny, but looks like it loads more than Dreamcast's version
which uses optical media. I know PSP also uses, but it's running from the memory stick here
I'll pass the intro since the storyline isn't the most interesting thing of this game
I'll start a new game to talk better about it
I'll pick *** Tang cause he's the most Dragon Ball-like character in this game
You'll understand this better during the fights
So i'll be in this scenario against this lady there
More about the game: it's a 3D Fighter of a somehow unique style
It's not like Tekken or Soul Calibur for example
It's a style close to Smash Bros, but in open 3D scenarios, which are a different thing
You can interact with items. The main goal is to get 3 stones, the Power Stones
which will transform you into a special character
Each player has it's own transformation
He has this special move on square
And also, pressing L, this final move which looks like a Genki-Dama
That's why I said Dragon Ball when I selected *** Tang
Of course, each fighter will have it's own transformation
And that's what you do in the game, get the stones
Because who is transformed has a huge advantage
The other player will just run away to survive
I'm hitting square for these fireballs... Triangle is like a Shoryuken
knocked him out before I could show the other special moves
But L and R have a final move each
I used one of these, which i called Genki-Dama
But he also has another one, which I'll try to use right now
Here we go
It drains a lot of the life bar, but I also lose all my special energy
So I lose my transformation right after it
