Hello, have you ever wondered how to make a tough decision? We're all face with them
sometimes. I'm Dr. Felicia and I'd like to share a few tips with you. For example, when
it's really tired, hard decision to make, you might want to sleep on it. Just like Grandma
used to say, "When you wake up in the morning, you usually have a clear perspective on what's
going on". When we're over tired, we can never make the right decision and everything seems
overwhelming. So it's best to be rested when you make this decision. The other thing you
can do is distance yourself from the problem. You may need to either go out for a few hours,
go take a ride, go kind of chill out and talk to friends. Or, if it's a really big problem
that calls for a lot of deep internalization and thought, you may want to actually take
a weekend away. Alone and just contemplate on this problem. Some people like the more
tactile techniques where you actually make a list of the pros and cons of different outcomes
of the problem. So if you're, you need to do that, that's okay too, it certainly helps.
But in either case, take your time when it's a very important decision its going to have
a lot of outcomes for yourself and make sure that you are rested, clear minded and put
that distance behind you. Good luck, God bless, Dr. Felicia, goodbye.
