Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, Tx and on
behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a creole shrimp sausage recipe. We got
all our items in to our mixture with the pork and the shrimp, our holy trinity using both
all 3 green, yellow, red bell pepper, onion and celery holy trinity, our garlic, scallions,
our herbs we used the fresh parsley, basil and thyme, we've added some heat to this which
are the serrano peppers, and the dry red chili. Now were going to add in our seasoning mix
to this and so you may say to yourself, how do I know if I have enough seasoning. We got
raw pork in there you can't really just take a spoonful and taste it can I. Well yes you
could, but it wouldn't really be a good idea so I'm going to show you a way to check the
seasonings a little bit later. And you'll be able to add to it if you don't have enough
but you can't take away. So we'll just put a little bit more in there and mix it with
my spoon here,
