So, let's take a look at a typical client. This is one of our clients,
who's been on the program now for 24 weeks. You can see a quick snapshot
summary of how he's done each week in the program. This is real-time, live
data fed via wireless devices. You can see that he's lost weight virtually
every week at the program. He's had a couple of tough weeks. We all do,
that's understandable.
During the program, he logs his food and exercise and that data is
instantly sent to his wellness team. In this case you can see his weight is
a beautiful chart in the downward direction, and he's still losing weight.
He's already far surpassed his goal.
His original goal was 224 lbs. He's now below 210. So he's down 40 pounds
on Retrofit. You can see that his activity is also terrific. He's taking at
least 10,000 steps a day, which is the minimum number for most people to
lose weight and you can see that we track his sleep as well.
The client is assigned their own private weight loss team. You can see that
they get their own program advisor, who's like their weight loss concierge.
They get a behavior coach, a Master's Degree level individual who helps
them with mindset challenges, an exercise physiologist, and a registered
dietitian.
These four experts collaborate to design a totally personalized program and
then they log all their notes in a central repository database that's
proprietary and private and they can develop a completely confidential
course of action for the client. Those sessions are logged in a scheduling
system behind the scenes. You can see where each scheduled session took
place, as well as what sessions are upcoming and remaining.
Finally for our clients, we spend a lot of time getting to know them on a
personality level. We have a proprietary system, which is a 21-pattern
inventory that identifies the client's particular challenges. In this case,
the client is a persistent procrastinator and a hearty portioner, which
means he's got a portion size issue. His wellness team will specifically
focus on those areas to make the most impact in the shortest period of
time.
So, here's a page that we've sorted actually by our clients that are having
the most challenge with their weight loss program. These are the clients
that we spend extra time and attention understanding what we need to do to
change their program. It might be readjusting their food intake, their
exercise program or it may just be a back to basics re-commitment to losing
weight.
Each of our clients is automatically assigned a risk score by our system,
which will calculate a number based on their performance. In this
particular case, we know that this client is at high risk. He's not losing
enough weight quickly enough and his steps are too low to lose weight. He's
taking about 5,900 steps per day when 10,000 steps a day is the typical
recommendation. So that would be a good example of a client that we need to
work with.
On the other hand, we'll have clients where their risk score is at or near
zero, and we know that they're doing well on the program.
