In this clip I am going to release the tension in the hips and get us ready for what we call
"Hip Circles". We're going to open our legs a little bit, and we're going to squeeze tight
and release. Squeeze and release, and from this angle, you can see squeeze and release,
squeeze and release, and now we're going to take it side to side. We're going to do "Hip
Slides" and release, and again, keep a focus on the spiritual nature of what you're doing,
and here, we're awakening the energy from the Root Chakra, the color is red. So think
of the color red, think of being secure and grounded, and awakening that energy, besides
the physical aspect of stretching your hips. Now you're going to take it to "four corners",
you're going to go front, side, back, side, front, side, back, side.
