We know that testosterone levels gradually decline as men age.
When testosterone is low, it can produce different symptoms because it works on many different body systems.
For most men, this starts in their 40's and is a slow and gradual process.
My work at the clinic
was seeing men in their early 30's with the clinical signs and the laboratory tests indicating
low testosterone.
While one symptom does not make for a diagnosis.
Having symptoms from each of the following categories, may indicate low testosterone
the most common are as follows: Physical - big muscles and athletic ability
Less flexibility and mobility Reduced muscle size and strength
Easily tired Lower ability to perform in any physical activity
Longer recovery time between work outs Increased weight gain, especially abdominal
fat

• Mental/Psychological - The determined mind set of men and the ability to burn the
midnight oil • Poor concentration and less mental sharpness
• Extreme fatigue in the late afternoon or early evening
• Changes in memory or being forgetful • Less creativity
• Less desire to participate in hobbies or new projects
• Feelings of depression or a lack of interest in life
• Irritability
Symptoms vary at any given time of the day as the amount of testosterone in your body fluctuates
