Our guests are going to love our new dining options on the Disney Magic. We've got some
fantastic new venues which are going to be going onto the ship. Carioca's is a restaurant
which replaces what we used to have as Parrot Cay. We really wanted to bring something new
to the restaurant. We wanted it to be elegant for the nighttime and also have that fun for
the daytime so we're bringing in Jose Carioca and the Three Caballeros. We have this beautiful
Brazilian-inspired theme. We took the best dishes from South American cuisine and then
placed them into Carioca's -- so really exciting, refreshed foods for our guests, something
which I think they'll love. We're going to have items such as Havana Black Bean Soup
with some fresh cilantro on the menu, as well as Beef Empanadas served with a red chimichurri.
We'll have a little bit of Sautéed Ground Beef with cumin, cilantro and other fresh
spices in there as well. Another dish we'll have is Peruvian Causa, which is three types
of potato that are layered together -- we have a Yukon Gold potato, a purple potato
and a saffron mashed potato that's layered in between Manzanilla olive and tomato salsa
and served with quinoa sauce. In Carioca's with our fresh menu ingredients and great
flavors, we'll make our guests feel like they've been transported to a market in South America.
On the Disney Magic we're creating this whole new dining experience for our guests. We're
taking classic elements, we're bringing new elements and we're absolutely transforming
it. From Carioca's to the new Cabanas, to the revamped Animator's Palate and the revamped
Palo, our guests are absolutely going to love it.
