What you should do next when checking out your bike is check out your pressures in your
tires and tubes. First thing you should check is make sure that there are no holes, punctures,
cuts...if there are, fix them, or probably more recommended, replace that tube. Once
you've replaced it, check your pressure. If you're unsure of what pressure goes in your
tires, really handy, it's always labeled on your tire sidewall. For this particular bike,
you could run anywhere from ninety to one hundred and twenty pounds of pressure in there.
And you would do that, putting any type of pump on there with a gauge, checking the pressure,
making sure that the bead on the tire itself and wheel is consistent. Double check your
quick releases that it's in correctly. Same process for the front. Very important to check
that there are no debris, pieces of glass, or any sort of rocks or chips in your tire.
If so, take the time and replace the tire so that you're ready to go first day of summer.
