to help you decide on you know what
size you wanna go with what cup size
wanna end up with I use a process
called dimensional breast augmentation
so when you come in for a consultation
the first thing that I do is talk
to you about what is your current cup
size and in general where do you want to
go I find some of my patients you know
know specifically I want to be a C cup I
want to be a D cup a lot of people
are not a hundred percent sure what
they want I present it to you more
as do you wanna be proportional and
natural looking do you wanna be
proportional with a little plus or do
you wanna be big once I get that answer
from you I kind of have a general idea
of where you wanna go I'll then take a
whole series of measurements I have
my little calipers that engineers like a
have my tape measure and
I'll use those measurements along with
your height and your weight to come up
with a range of breast implant sizes
that I think fits your
body dimensions we'll give you
sizers that are equal to those
implants you put them into a non padded
bra you put a tight T-shirt over top
you'll look in the mirror and you'll see
what you're comfortable with or what you
like in terms of how it looks
I find that this process is the
most accurate way for you to determine
what a implant size you should go
with I find it actually better than
computer imaging the disadvantage I th I
found with computer imaging it's very
algorithmic driven you know it's it's
just a computer program and it just does
certain things in certain ways every
time the same way everybody's bodies are
slightly different and I I just find
that the person gets a better
appreciation or the result turns out
to be closer to what they try on in
terms of the sizer than the picture you
get from computer imaging
