Hey Friends! Brad here
I just want to follow up with you on the 5 minutes
of awesomeness. Now this is the second day I have done it personally
and as I get out the house and get on my nature walk, getting my thoughts going
this is the best I felt in months in terms of just my well being
and my confidence in my abilities.
Now the 5 Minutes of Awesomeness is designed
thats exactly was designed to do is uplift your spirits
and for you to get the most out of your natural talents your abilities
and you can really figure out what it is
that you offer to the world. I just want to share this with you
because don't be afraid
to be great don't be afraid to be awesome!
People tend to go into that turtle shell
and clam up becuase they're afraid to tell the world what it is they want.
The 5 Minutes of Awesomeness is designed to
eliminate that fear and appreciate yourself for who you are
from the gifts and talents you have been given.
I wan to follow up with you this is my Day 2 to the 5 Minutes of Awesomeness.
When I do it, I wake up, I lay in bed
and kinda wiggle my toes get my brain go on and lay there
in quiet for five minutes and get some nice
background noise to motivate me, stimulate me.
Its powerful and I can feel the effects already.

I'll let you know where I really AM. I want to share that with you just to prove
that this works
