I've been on a few river trips now
and I love them.
Every time it's a little bit different.
And it's a perfect family trip.
We've been on a family cruise before
and it seemed like the kids were always in the kid's area
and the adults were always off doing their thing
We had memories, but they weren't really together.
On the river, we play in the mud.
We make little drip castles.
The kids just get so excited.
They don't have to be clean.
They can just play in the dirt.
They're just thrilled.
You have to beg them to come out of the water.
Today I was just going through the last rapids before we pulled out to lunch.
I was watching Noah's face.
He was just so happy.
It's not a smile as a result of a movie
or a video game or something that's fleeting.
They're genuinely having so much fun.
I love that!
When you are with your family on the beach
and you watch that sunset and the canyon walls light up
and you see the stars at night when you're lying on your cots together.
It's magic. It's precious memories.
This experience really bonds you together.
You really grow together.
It's an amazing family trip.
