For vegetables we have snow peas, red onions, taiwan cabbage...
red pepper, bean sprouts, bak choy
Chopped Ginger, Garlic Puree, Salt and pepper, MSG...
Oyster Sauce, Soy Sauce, Pisco (Peruvian Brandy), Sesame Oil wich is really optional...
I'm gonna use Chicken Broth as well and Corn Starch to thicken the Lo Main Sauce
That's it, let's prep all the ingredients.
I'm gonna chop all the veggies, I already have my snow peas and bean sprouts in a bowl...
heat up oil
and add all the veggies in the wok
we add the chopped ginger and the Garlic Puree
We add the Pisco...
We add a little Salt and Pepper
Aji No Moto (MSG)
Now we add the Oyster Sauce...
Now we add the Pork...
Soy Sauce...
We add the Chicken Broth, about 3/4 of a cup...
Now we thicken the Sauce with Corn Starch diluted in cold water...
now we fry the chinese noodles...
let's go eat!!!
