Hi, this is Info Puppet. And Today, we're going to talk about how to place tattoos on
the skin. And it is so cool. I know you're going to love this. Hey, please, do me a favor
check out my next Photoshop Elements Tutorial.
Alright Photoshop Elements 11 is opened up. Don't worry Photoshop Elements 10—we're going to show where your stuff is too. These
are the images we'll be working on. Let's go to the toolbar. And we're going to look
for the eraser tool and there it is. And now over here for Photoshop Elements 10, you'll
find it right there. Left click and hold Photoshop Elements 10,
11 it's down here at the bottom, the magic eraser tool is what we want. Now, I'm just
going to left click and oh oh wardrobe, wardrobe malfunction, we lost the left side of the
bikini. I'm just going to turn the tolerance down to about 13 and there you go.
Photoshop Elements 10, it's up on the top of your window. I'm just left clicking and
releasing. We'll fix this over by the hair. It looks pretty good! Okay we're back to toolbar,
and uh what we're going to do right now is, uh hey stop that stop that, hey hey hey hey,
stop it-stop it. Man, sometimes I get the feeling the engineers that makes these tutorials
don't really care for me too much. All right! So now, what we're going to do is we're going
to duplicate the layer by right clicking and I'm going to call this layer one and select
new for document and let's see...what can I call this, how about 'Girl in Bikini'? I'm
so smart. And I'm going to click okay. Photoshop Elements 10, you'll be able to 'Save as',
Photoshop Elements 11, you can't, so we're going to have to select 'File' and 'Save As'
and um, we're going to save it on desktop and I'll just click okay.
All right so, what we're going to do right now is we're going to up this other image
and I'm just going left click, hold and drag over to my girl. All right let's get rid of
it now, we don't need it anymore. Alright now, make sure that the um the uh the the
flowers are selected and select filter, distort and displace. Now, I'm going to change the
horizontal scale and vertical scale to seven and make sure it's stretch to fit and repeat
edge pixels is selected, but that's default on both PE 10 and 11.
Now it says, 'Choose a displacement map'. What the heck is that? Well, we're just going
to select that file we saved, 'Girl in Bikini'. It's the file without the background and we'll
select the open. Now, you can't really see it, but some things happened, some things
are distorted, in our little flower and bugs image here.
All right, so now, what I'm going to do is hit command and click or control and click
for PC and guess what happens, the uh girl will now have a selection around her. Okay
now, we're going to go up to the flower layer and I'm going to turn it off so I can see
the girl and the selection around her. And now, we're going to change this 250 percent.
All right! So what we're going to do now, is we're going
to go to the toolbar and select the lasso tool. All right so here it is on Photoshop
Elements 10, 11—you're up here. Now, you're going to um have to select the magnetic lasso
tool behind which is behind it. And how this works is you're just going to um left click
and then move your mouse. If you make a mistake, you can hit the back button on PC or delete
button on the Mac keyboard, if the little square, which are anchors appear in the same
place, if you want more information click on this tutorial over here to the left.
Now, this is important, wait for that little circle to appear and there it is, and then
click and that will close your selection and there you go. Our top bikini is selected and
the girl is selected. We gotta' do the same thing below and you can click on that tutorial
to the left. All right again, look what's going to happen? Look for that little circle,
when that circle appears, you can click and you know your selection will not be closed.
Alll right so what we have right now is the bikini top, the bikini bottom and the background
is not selected. Only the skin is selected. Okay we're going to go up here to the flower
layer and turn it back on. And now we're going over to this word says, um, 'Layer Mask' and
we're going to add a layer mask. Photoshop Elements 10, this button is at the button.
All right and now we're going to click on the flower and change it from normal to multiply.
Look what happens? But look, look at that, isn't that so cool? I love it.
Okay now, I just turned off the layer of the girl and I'm going to grab the eraser tool,
the regular eraser tool. And I just want to get rid of the bug on the top. I don't really
like the look of it on her face. So, all right, see, there you go. That's how you do tattoos.
Hey Ma, look I went to the beach with my girlfriends so I got a couple of tattoos, before...after,
before...after and before and after! Thanks a lot for watching. Hope you like the
tutorial, please click on subscribe, thanks again from InfoPuppet.
