The fourth step to the Introduction to High Throws is a high throw which arrives in the
other hand. So we have again the normal throw which is nearly at the eye level, or at least
we can control it with the eyes without turning your head. And the high throw is when the
throw is going at least at double high. And now you need to make an arch, first with the
right hand. So that's what we need to practice, to throw the ball on the way at this height
that this ball arrives easily in the other hand. Again probably we have to step on the
side or forward or backwards to correct our throws. But after awhile we can arrive to
the point where we throw the ball exactly to the other hand, and we can catch it without
moving, and even without watching our hands. Probably at the beginning it helps a lot to
exaggerate this arch and if you can exaggerate in a way then after awhile you can fix a really
nice arch. The fifth step is exactly the same as it was the fourth step, but with the left
hand. So we're getting accustomed to the manner that each throw we always practice with the
left hand as well. So we make again a nice arch with our left hand. And we have to at
the beginning step backwards or forward to correct our throws but after awhile they will
arrive not to do like that, but we can examinate our throw which was going too behind. So I
try to correct it to go straight in my other hands and not backwards.
