Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in NYC and today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show
you how to make lasagna. We're going to add about 2-3 at a time and just stir them in
don't worry if one of your lasagna happens to break. Sometimes they break and they fall
and like here's a broken one it isn't going to make a difference cause we'll just layer
it through. I'm just adding 2 or 3 at a time and just with my spatula just push them down
and you'll see. We have a lot of olive oil in there so don't worry we're going to be
constantly moving them. When they are done after 9 minutes we're going to have beautiful
pasta we're actually going to put them on, here's a broken one no need to worry. We're
actually going to put them on a piece of tin foil because it will help from preventing
the sticking. So cook this for about 9 minutes get it al dente, if it says 10 you're going
to go whatever the recipe calls for cooking go one minute less. Come back we're making
beautiful lasagna we're all going to do it together and we're going to eat together,
open up some wine and get happy its lasagna day here on Expert Village.
