Interviewee: The nice thing about the ramps is that it is accessible to people with disabilities
and when the water's high, you can still get in it.
When the water's low, there's actually a platform at the very bottom.
You don't even have to be using the river course or the whitewater course.
You can actually be at the river with your friends or family -
I was going to say pets, but that's probably not the case -
and enjoying the river from the banks as opposed to from the street.
