There's a lot going on, on the academic tip. Let's get to it:
A representative from Hope International University will be in the Quad today from 10 to1. Hope
International, a private Christian University in Fullerton, boasts a small, 14 to 1, student
to faculty ratio. So if small class size interests you, stop by and talk to Hope International.
Sticking with the religious theme, Mount St. Mary's, the west coast's only Catholic,
liberal arts college, primarily for women, will also be setting up shop in the Quad from
10 to 1, AND 5 to 7 tonight. This one's for all my international peeps. Cal State
Northridge, or as they say in Vietnamese, "Cal State Northridge," will be in L-110
from 10, to 2 'o clock, to talk to any international students interested in transferring to CSUN.
So as they say in Canada, "stop on by...eh." For those of you that are thinking about transfering,
but have no clue how to, the Transfer Center will be hosting a "How To Transfer" workshop
in L-110, from noon to 12:30. Do yourself a favor, and check it out.
Lastly, for all you Pathway-ers out there, shout-out to all you watching in the TLC this
morning! that are thinking about the 2nd Year Pathway, there are three things you need to
do to be eligible: First, complete the XL Passport. Second, attend a"Transitioning
Counseling" session. And third, participate in Career week in April. That's all you
need to do. For more information, please contact your Academic Coach.
