1. Start by clicking on "File" - "New" and choose a black background.
2. Now go on "Filter" - "Render" - Lens Flare
and choose any of them (adjust your desired lightness)
You should now have your Lens Flare on a black background.
3. Click on "Channels"
and then one after another on red, green and blue WHILE holding CTRL + SHIFT
and release both keys again.
Then go back to Layers. Left click on "Background" and...
... press CTRL + C (to copy)
4. Open a new file. Click on "New" again and choose "Transparent" as your "Background Contents" this time
Press CTRL + V to paste your copied Lens Flare 12 00:02:17,000 --> 00:02:22,000 5. Now we want to save everything. "File" - "Save As..."
VERY IMPORTANT: You have to save your file as .PNG. Otherwise the background will be filled white
