Hey guys, I'm Rachel Ott from the Kung Fu Heroes.
And today we're in Temple City, CA visiting Master *** Yan Xu.
-Hi, how are you today? -Hello Master Yan Xu.
What can I help you with today?
Well, so today we're going to be learning a horse stance.
Is there anything important you'd like to share with us?
Horse stance: You need to make sure the back is straight.
Very important are your knees and your toes.
The knee is made straight. And your knee goes out and your toes point inward.
Your back needs to be straight and held back. So you need to have your chest and stomach held inside.
That means your back is more straight.
-Awesome. Thank you, master. -Thank you, thank you.
Thank you Master Yan Xu.
Alright guys, let's go practice!
Remember to grip the ground with your feet,
point your toes forward,
keep your legs parallel,
and keep your back straight.
Alright guys, thanks for watching! My name is Rachel Ott from the Kung Fu Heroes.
Tune in next time for more tips on how to Train Like a Hero.
