CLANCY ROSE: So now that we have our espresso prepared in the machine, it's in the portafilter
here. We have our milk heated up and stretched, we're ready to pour the drink. So first we're
going to take our latte cup and place it under one of the spouts of the portafilter and engage
the group head and start brewing the shot. So now you have your single shot of espresso
in the bottom of your latte cup and you see the nice hazelnut brown, kind of golden crema
on the top of the espresso shot, which is a mark of a good shot, you have your milk,
I'm going to swirl it around a little bit more here and then pour in the drink, and
there is the single latte.
