Hi, my name is Clint Schambach, I am a weight loss boot camp instructor and personal trainer
in Chesterfield and St Louis, MO.
A big question people have when considering of working with a personal trainer for fitness
goals, is whether or not a bootcamp or group personal training is as good as private personal
training.
This issue is all about which type of setting you prefer. Some people prefer to be all alone
when they workout, and are shy, for lack of a better word, about working out in front
of others, and that’s fine. Other people don’t care about that. Either way, you will
not get a lack of results because you train in a small or large group. Some people are
actually able to push themselves harder due to everyone else working hard right next to
them, and feed off of everyone’s energy. And again, some people work better with private
fitness training.
So keep this in mind, your results are not dependent on whether you do group or private
training, this is only a personal preference. And many people find out they actually really
enjoy working out in a group of their peers with like-minded fitness goals.
