Gina and I are going to demonstrate another really great way to stretch your shoulders
back and your chest. Gina is going to come on up to her knees and take a seat on her
heels and she is going to bring her hands behind her head and open up through her shoulders.
I'm going to come and I'm going to place my knees on either side of her spine and then
I'm very gently going to ask Gina to tell me when to stop stretching her arms back,
right there. Then we're just going to pause right here and then give a little more pressure
to her back, how's that Gina? Notice how that is opening up her chest, opening up her shoulders,
good. Now breathe and as she breaths she might find that she can come into it just a little
bit deeper and then gently releasing and then that should feel really great on Gina's shoulders.
