Security is never just something that's: I can do this, I can push a button
and I'm totally secure, and now I'm safe no matter what. I can lock my door, I can
close my window...
It's nothing like that. Security is actually a process
you have to keep up on. A PCI assessment is, well,
is not really fun. It's kinda like going to the dentist and maybe
without Novocain.
We want to make that process as simple as possible, as efficient as
possible.
We pride ourselves on our customer service
and when you need somebody to answer a question when you're working on
ordering hardware or
solving a problem with your firewall or whatever, you know
our assessors are there and available and you can get with them quickly and
and get an answer to your question.
A lot of people we work with are kinda worried about costs and trying
to figure out, 'How can I minimize the cost and make sure I'm getting
and efficient use of an assessor's time?'
One thing that we do at SecurityMetrics is properly scope your assessment up front.
We give you fixed bid for how much that assessment is going to cost.
We're not into charging you hourly or for every
nit picky thing... storing data or whatever it may be. We want to
give you an idea of what it's gonna cost from start to finish.
The other thing we don't do is lock you into a multiple year contract.
If you like our service,
you'll come back to us. That's worked in the past. We have about 95%
renewal rate of all our audit customers.
