Here is actual recipe for these pancakes:
Ingredients: 3 eggs
3 cups flour type 550 1 2/3 cup milk
1 cup water 1 cup mineral water
1/2 tsp. salt Pinch of soda
Preparation time: around 20 minutes
Difficulty: 3/5 (medium)
Preparation:
1. In semi-big bowl put flour, eggs, salt and soda. Use electric mixer to stir it.
2. Add milk while stirring, and progressively add water and mineral water until you get
a mixture of the corresponding density. This list of ingredients should give you exactly
that.
3. Put the pan on high heat and let it preheat for a minute or two. Then add a few drops
of oil. Basically, you should add couple of drops of oil for each pancake.
4. Use a kitchen spoon and grab around 1 dl (1/2 cup approximately) of mixture. Pour it
in the pan and distribute over the whole pan surface.
5. Bake it on both sides but don't let it burn.
6. Repeat the process from step 3 until you are left out of the mixture.

Topping:
Basically you can use any type of topping to fill these pancakes, from melted chocolate,
Nutella, marmalade or any type of sauce witch you desire, to fillings like crushed or sliced
nuts of any kind. In this example, we were using topping of
melted chocolate with crushed almonds, which is a very good and tasteful combination.
Additional tips:
If you plan to fill pancakes with sweet topping, you can add sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon,
cocoa or grated peel of citrus fruits to the mixture.
If you want to get soft fluffy pancakes, before you bake them, put the mixture in a fridge
for at least 30 minutes.
Serve pancakes with whipped cream and cover it with additional sauce of your choice, like
chocolate, caramel, strawberry, or similar sauce.
