Hi I'm Matt Cail and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here today to show you how to do vampire
makeup. The lips are the central focus for your vampire so you want to make sure and
do them right. And actually the lips will be different depending rather or not your
a female vampire or a male vampire, if your a male were going to be putting some black
makeup on the lips. Were going to be blending these down and around you want to be careful
you don't want to go to far up into the lips, otherwise your going to be sucking on black
paint all night long, and that does not taste good at all. Now if your a woman you can skip
this step entirely and you can just put on either a medium to a deeper the better shade,
of red lipstick. But if your not I tend to like grayish black lips on the male vampires
its a slightly different effect. It will also make the blood show up better I've notice
in the past that male vampires tend to be a little more bloody, the females can be more
refine. So if you are happen to be doing a female vampire and you would like to have
more of a blood effect you can also consider doing more of a black light gray effect, where
the red is going to contrast better.
