Hi, guys! I guess you didn't expext to see me in the mid of the week
cause I announced that I will post my workouts in the beginninig of every week,
but ...
Yesterday I decided to show you a routine that you can do when you don't have
enough time
for an hour or an hour and a half workout in the gym.
So this workout is for busy people who can't set apart more time for training.
Today's workout is for you guys. You don't need one hour to hit the gym.
20 minutes are more than enough with the exercise I will show you.
It's called burpee.
The purposе is to do 100 burpees in less time.
I've tried this only once before and I really liked it.
It took me about 8 minutes to finish it.
Today I will try to beat my previous time.
Now I am going to show you what the burpee looks like.
It consists a push up and then a jump plus clap above your head.
So this is one rep.
Your goal is to do 100.
Believe me, this trainig seriously works out your legs and shoulders
because of the jumps the push ups and the claps.
The routine also works your core (abs & waist)
The burpee is an exercise that works your whole body.
It's time to face this challenge.
The stopwatch is with me. My water is also here.
I will start the stopwatch and start the workout.
So, we begin .... after I unlock the phone :D

Unfortunatelly I didn't manage to beat my last best time,
but I will surely know not to use this shorts again! :D
I hope to perform better the next time.
So, these were 100 burpees for time, guys.
At least, I hope they were 100 cause I lost count at one point.
But you can watch the video once again to count the burpees
and tell me if I lied with 1-2 or maybe more.
As you saw at the end I didn't have enough power to stop the stopwatch
I completely forgot about it .
My only purpose was to lay down and rest a little.
Guys, you probably noticed that I didn't do the workout, neither at the gym, nor at
the stadium.
I was on the street in front of the gym.
You can do this routine literally everywhere.
My purpose was to show you
that the only thing you need to finish the workout is motivation.
I have already planned my next workout. The only thing is to shoot it.
I hope to see you on monday, when I will definitely feel the pain of strong fatigue.
