ALREADY HAD A REPUTATION FOR SERVING APPETIZING INDIAN FOOD
AS A HOSTESS.
THIS IS BEEF KOFTA, WHICH IN ALMOST ANY LANGUAGE OR CULTURE
WOULD INDICATE SORT OF A GROUND MEAT PRODUCT LIKE THIS MEATBALL.

TIKKA MASALA.

THAT IS ACTUALLY ONE OF THE MOST POPULAR DISHES IN THE ENTIRE
WORLD, ESPECIALLY IN GREAT BRITAIN.

IT'S JUST YOGURT, SOME MASALA SPICES, A NICE CREAMY SAUCE.

IN ADDITION TO THE BEAUTIFUL NAAN, THIS ONE WITH ROSEMARY,
BAY LEAF HAS A GREAT TOUCH WITH VEGETABLES LIKE THE MIXED
VEGETABLES KORMA, FLAVORED WITH COCONUT MILK, OR THE TOOTHSOME
SAUTEED CABBAGE.
THE TANDOORI CHICKEN APPROACHES PERFECTION AS WELL.
NOW, WE VISITED AT LUNCH WHEN THEY HAVE THE BUFFET, BUT IF YOU
COME AT DINNERTIME, ONE OF THE SPECIALTIES THAT YOU'LL GET
FEATURES BLUE POINT CRAB WITH KIND OF A CUMIN TREATMENT.

ONE OF MY VERY FAVORITE THINGS IS THE MANGO LASSI.

THEY SERVE A BLACK TEA WITH THE MASALA SPICES IN IT.
