Hi, my name is Karl James, owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, TX and on
behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a crawfish boudin. We have our crawfish
sauteed and simmering in the pot, now we're going to add our holy trinity; that bell pepper,
onion and the celery.
We want to mix this in and I want to saute this for about 5 minutes give all that trinity
time to welt and soften. Then it'll incorporate those flavors of the bell pepper, onion and
celery with the crawfish.
So it will be about 5 minutes, we'll saute this and we'll continue to add other parts
of our ingredients, once again like I said you want to get that trinity to soften or
welt. So we'll continue to saute this for another 3 minutes and I'll see you at the
next step.
