As an Agricultural and Extension education, communication, and technology
major you will learn about agriculture and the art and science of communicating in
the media, in business, and in the classroom.
We're in the people business as educators, communicators, and problem solvers.
Our faculty and staff care about us and work to help us succeed.
They will even help you find a job after you graduate.
I spent my summer as a congressional intern in Washington, DC. Other internships
include: teaching in high school agriscience programs, working with cooperative
extension and agribusinesses. Check out our website for the concentrations
and minors within our major and our master's degree program.
Most classes are hand's on. We work with the equipment and technology that we will
use in jobs after college. If you're interested in a major that will
prepare you to work with people, solve problems, and teach and communicate, about
agriculture and related industries click on our
weblink and call to set up a visit.
